Guest Wi-Fi privacy

Sample Church records connection details such as the device address, network name and time to provide guest Wi-Fi and connection reporting.

If you choose a check-in form, your submitted name and email or mobile number are stored in the church’s guest records and may be synced to its connected church management system. Simple Connect records connection metadata without requesting contact details.

Providing a phone number for a guest record does not subscribe you to marketing messages.

Contact the church to ask about its retention policy or request correction or removal. Deleting data here does not automatically remove the church’s separate Planning Center records. Backup expiry depends on the database operator’s policy.
